He arranged and paid for cleaning both at the beginning of our sale and at The end of our sale. He arranged and paid for our inspection. He did minor repairs or maybe even major repairs to our house as needed. Several times he helped us move furniture. He gave us the name of a mover who moved our major furniture and also removed all our junk as we were getting closer to the final closing.
